My experience with Honda of Joliet has been absolutely AMAZING! I dealt with Sherri for the most part and she was so nice to deal with. She was very friendly and made my car buying experience so much easier and enjoyable than I could have imagined. I originally applied online for a car that I was interested in. And within no time I was in contact with Sherri. I can not begin to explain how helpful she really was! Within one week, I went from wishing I could have my dream car, to actually owning my dream car. I filled out a finance application online and Sherri prepared everything from there. I live in Wisconsin, so i had to make a 3 hour trip to get my car. But it was so worth it. When my Dad and I arrived at the dealership, everything was ready for us. It was the quickest car buying process I've ever experienced. Suzanne was extremely helpful as well. She was the person that helped us with the financing. The dealership was very nice to. Everybody I came into contact with was so nice. Overall, this experience could not have made me happier than it has. My Review of Honda of Joliet:
I was looking for a Honda Hybrid of a specific color and with specific options. After several tries it became apparent my local Honda dealership couldn't figure out how to get me one; so I did an internet search. And I found just the model I wanted... except it was in Joliet, IL and I was in "mid Michigan". There was a "Make an Offer" button on the website (http://www.hondaofjoliet.com/), so I did just that. Michael De Benedetti replied within 24 hours and accepted the offer. A few days later I drove to Joliet (how do you Chicago area guys live with all the traffic, tie-ups and tolls?) and took possession of the car I wanted at the price I offered; and except for the drive the whole thing took less than two hours. There were no hidden costs, no hard sell and everything was ready just as and when it was promised. Would I do it again? Certainly. But could we move Joliet a little closer?lbusch,4/3/2010

Hi Rick,
On Saturday March 20th, I visited your dealership with my father and my business partner. I had been referred to Jason Briick some time ago by a mutual friend and gave him some parameters for looking for a used car. Jason found me exactly the car I was looking for at a very fair price, he gave my father a great deal on a new CRV and sold my business partner a new Accord. The experience was great. Jason assigned Oren to me and Ron to my father both of whom did a very commendable job in patiently answering all questions and concerns. Ron even helped my father program his blue tooth system several days later over the phone. None of us ever felt pressured, rushed or hurried. The business office staff was fast, knowledgeable and friendly. They even beat the rate I had previously negotiated with my credit union.
The bottom line is we enjoyed a relaxed purchase experience which has led to complete satisfaction and a lack of typical buyers remorse. Jason and his associates established trust, which as a sales person myself I realize is a valuable asset.
