January sure is a busy month for the automotive
industry. For those of you who keep up with our Honda
blog, you probably have already heard about the North American
International Auto Show in Detroit. However, here at the Honda Superstore of
Joliet, we are excited for the 2013 Tokyo Auto Salon.
As the North American International Auto Show in
Detroit approaches, everyone here at the Honda Superstore of Joliet is eagerly
crossing the days off of their calendars. Car enthusiasts and fans always look
forward to this time of the year, as automakers gear up to debut new vehicles
and developments. We are no different but we are excited for a different reason
all together. We cannot wait for the North American Car of the Year awards, which are going to be determined in Detroit.
Honda must love a parade, since the Japanese auto maker has bought their way into sponsoring one of the most famous holiday parades in North America.
The well known Tournament of Roses in Pasadena, Calif., has gone for 121 years without a major corporate sponsor adding its name to the event. But 2010 will bring the dawn of a new era - The Honda Rose Parade.
